😳 Did You Know?
When you blush, it’s not just your face that turns red — your stomach does too!
This happens because blushing is controlled by your sympathetic nervous system. When you feel embarrassed or shy, your body releases adrenaline. That causes your blood vessels to expand, sending more blood to your skin.
Most people only notice the red cheeks, but scientists have discovered that the lining of your stomach also reddens at the same time. You can’t see it, but your body is reacting on the inside just like it does on the outside.
👉 Blushing may feel uncomfortable, but it’s a completely natural reaction. It’s simply your body’s way of showing that emotions and biology are more connected than we think!
